Japanese-Inspired Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
